The Swedish royal family are vacationing together on the island of Oland. The younger members were spotted enjoying a bike ride together in Borgholm (Lehtikuva)

The Daily Mail’s Rebecca shared a peek at one of the exhibits in this summer’s Buckingham Palace tour. This scene shows the brim and crown of this hat on their blocks. This scene shows the hat’s different flower trims placed at the side and the Queen’s famous white hat from the Diamond Jubilee Flotilla up on the shelf.

Interesting interview with Prince Albert’s eldest child, American Jazmin Grimaldi (Harper’s Bazaar)

The Danish royal family at their annual summer photo call (JV.dk). Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary and their family were also photographed at Gråsten Castle last weekend (Monarchy Press).

  1. Princess Alexandra of Kent appears to be wearing one of the two recent blue/turquoise coats featured in your Hat Twins post. I’m not sure why she wore the cream hat this time, featured above, instead of the matching turquoise hat featured a few days ago. All 3 hats are lovely, however.
    Pictures of the hat blocks of QEII’s navy hat with the various trims are interesting. I still don’t understand why the white flower replaced the initial pink, and it’s interesting to see that there is a pink-white combination as well.
    Fortunately, however, whatever block AK used for that pink hat with matching dress and coat trim has not been repeated. That cupcake hat was one of the strangest designs. No wonder the Queen felt compelled to drive on the grass.
    I hope more photographs appear of the summer exhibition at Buckingham Palace of some of the Queen’s recent outfits.

  2. It looks like the navy hat has several interchangeable flower trims. Maybe there are a few dresses it can match with?
