  1. Princess Anne is amazing! She is looking well and has kept her trim figure. She is one of the Royals I admire the most. She would have made a marvelous Queen.

  2. I enjoyed reading This Week’s Extras HatQueen. I am not a big fan of Queen Margrethe’s burgundy bumper. I don’t think this colour or hat style is terribly flattering to her. I don’t like the Princess Royal’s brown pillbox. It is too similar to her hair colour and I think she looks better in brimmed hats. Queen Sonja suits red, but this hat looks floppy and awful. The Belgian royal family seem to be enjoying themselves on their ski holiday in Switzerland. Congratulations to the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg on their 35th wedding anniversary! Congratulations to the Bhutan Royals on their new addition to the family! The Imperial Crown Prince and Princess look well, and the Crown Princess looks great in blue. The Kensington Palace exhibit looks interesting, but unfortunately I am a long way from London. I hope it travels round later on. The Duchess of Cambridge looks well, and it is a worthy cause that she is supporting.

  3. Oh, Anne. I mean, you’ve got to love the no-nonsense of it all, but there’s something almost comical about her being bundled up against the cold, sensible purse hanging from her shoulder, as she removes that cloth. It looks as if she were out for a walk to the store when she happened upon a random ceremony in need of a royal and offered to step in for just a moment (but then got right back in her way…the errands must be run).
